Order

  • Will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes! You will always receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.

If you cannot find it, please check your spam, advertising, or similar folders.

  • Can I cancel my order?

You must cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for the cancellation to be processed.

⏳ After 12 hours, we can no longer accept cancellations.

To cancel an order, please reach out to us via our contact form with the subject line "CANCEL MY ORDER".

  • My address is wrong/incorrect?

If you've entered the wrong address, please reply immediately to your order confirmation email with the correct address or contact support@chicwatchub.com

We can update your address within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Shipping

  • When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 1 - 3 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.

Note: Orders will be processed once the payment is confirmed. Instant bank transfers may cause slight delays.

  • How long does shipping take?
    Processing time: 3- 7 working days (excluding weekends)
    Shipping time:  7 - 15 working days (excluding weekends)

In rare cases, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

  • How can I track my order?

We provide tracking for every order.

Tracking details will be sent to your email within 3-5 working days after shipment.
You will receive a tracking link and number via email (Please also check your spam folder).

  • What happens if I'm not at home?

If you're not home during delivery:

The carrier will typically attempt delivery twice before returning the package or leaving it at a designated pickup location.
You can track your package to check its status and location.
🌏 Why does my shipment tracking say "China"?

Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you.

This allows us to offer high-quality products at competitive prices.
